The monthly subscription for Ebriza services is automatically debited from the bank card registered in the company account. The card is registered at the time of installing the chosen plan. If debiting the card is not possible on the billing date, payment will be postponed for a maximum of 10 days, after which, in case the payment is still not processed, the Ebriza account will be blocked and the billing cycle will stop.

Ebriza does not charge any initial cost for implementation. For account setup, you receive free assistance from a consultant during video meetings. Ebriza does not sell hardware. Here you will find our recommendations for tablets, cash registers, and non-fiscal printers.

Ebriza offers free phone and in-app text messaging support, regardless of the subscription plan installed in your account. Our consultants are available 7 days a week and respond within 2-5 minutes to any request made by phone or through the in-app messaging system.
